Additional charges include a $100
cleaning fee per stay, 3% city tax, and
$250 security deposit. The security
deposit is fully refundable upon
satisfactory inspection of the property.
All pets must be approved and require an
additional $200 deposit, which is also
fully refundable upon satisfactory
inspection.
